I really like how this new song came out. People seem genuinely affected by the storyline. It’s unfortunate, but I wrote about a universal experience: To find out that someone hasn’t been behaving the way you thought they were. Much love to anyone who’s been through relationship troubles. Lost trust is the worst. So hurtful.
This is the 3rd try to get the song to work with different singers and orchestrations. So many terrific sounds and ideas to use, but getting them to be a cohesive unit is the trick, isn’t it? Hope you like it as much as I do.
